If you are paying via Money Order or Cashiers Check, please include your order number, name and shipping address with your payment.  Once received, your order will be processed.  Payments should be made out to Diva Beauty Supply, LLC.

Layaway Plans:
We are proud to announce our  layaway plan which consist of placing a 25% down to submit the order, making another 25% payment within 14 days and the final 50% payment within a 30 day period. Please call us to begin the layaway order.

Return Policy:

Our mission is to provide you high quality products with superior craftsmanship and premium hair.
We inspect all wigs prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your specification and our high standards.

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or give exchanges for wigs that have been worn, styled, cut of lace or hair, products applied such as glue or hair products, etc.  If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your unit, you can send it back for an exchange of an In-Stock unit or a Custom unit that is made to fit your specifications.    A restocking fee may apply, depending on the circumstances of the return. Please contact our customer service department for assistance with any questions in regards to exchanges or returns. Hair products such as glue, tape, etc are not returnable. 

Wigs that have been altered in any fashion are non refundable.
A wig is non-refundable if any of the following has occurred:
Lace has been cut or ripped.
Adhesive has been applied to the wig
Hair Color, Dye or Spray has been applied to the wig
Wig has been washed or hair has been sprayed with any product
Original packaging of wig has been destroyed.  
Original curl or wave pattern on the wig has been separated or fingered. . 
All returns will be issued a store credit or an exchange for an item of similar value.
